MOSCOW, Jan 19 (PRIME) -- Every fifth Russian changes his mobile phone once in a year or two, and 7% replace the device only if it breaks down, Otkritie Bank said on Thursday in a research.
“About 22% of Russians change their mobile phone all the time, every year or two, trying to keep an eye on any new model. The Moscow Region is the leader with 28%, while only 17% do so in the Volga Federal District,” the bank said.
The research also showed that 62% of the respondents change their mobile phone every three to five years, and 7% said they do not change it until it fails.
